Dev’s Adventure Courtyard is a courtyard home built from simple module. The modules could be constructed from prefabricated modulars or constructed on site light timber framing.

Light and simple framing with the Narrow floor plates is designed to be easy to construct and cost effective. Could be constructed off site.

The house has a premium of social space. The designs also have a multiple large in mudrooms and bike storage to facilitate adventure activities

Type 1

Type 1 is made of just two modules with one central mudroom. This model is great for a single family vacation home. The central courtyard brings everyone together. The design uses light wood framing and wood foundation.

Type 2 is deigned for multiple parties to join together for a vacation. The design consists of three modulars. The center modular is a gathering and entertainment hub. Several gathering spaces allow autonomous social activity. The design can also be used as a duplex. The design uses light wood walls, roof and foundation. A basement utility corridor bisects the three modules.

Type 3

This is the premium model. Type 3 is designed with concrete basement and pools. The Enlarged central hall with a second floor with addition accommodation.
